The aim of our diversional therapy program is to provide activities that aid the socialisation of our residents. We encourage our residents to channel their energy into positive outlets to keep minds alert and active. A personal history is developed in order to prepare a program that is individually tailored to our residents’ backgrounds.

Physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapist is there to assist with any mobility concerns you may have. Our exercise program includes a daily muscle strengthening session. We also provide massage by our staff as and when required.

Accommodation and Fees

We have a wide selection of single rooms and companion rooms. The accommodation payment is a contribution towards payment for the resident’s accommodation. These payments are calculated either as a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD), or a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP).

A RAD is determined by factors relating to the facility, its location, costs, demographics, room sizes, amenities and individual care needs. A DAP is the daily equivalent of the RAD and is determined as the financial income RAD would create based upon the current marginal interest rate (the level of income the facility would receive from the RAD). This is divided into 365 days and then calculated as the DAP.

The maximum RAD is $550,000 with equivalent DAP of $60.88. An example of a combination RAD/DAP is: RAD (lump sum) – $275,000 and a DAP of $30.44.
