Clinical

Ongoing education for our clinical care team is delivered by a full-time Senior Nurse Educator and external educators. TJG encourages and fully supports Registered Nurses to further their professional development.

Our philosophy places strong emphasis on staff autonomy. Our senior team members have full responsibility for managing their own departments supported by the experienced support of our Director of Nursing.

TJG only employs staff according to assessed resident’s needs. Careers must have a minimum Certificate III and all current clinical careers hold Certificate IV level of competency.

We offer clinical placements at a number of colleges:

  • Nursing students – University of Western Sydney
  • Certificate III and IV – Roos College & Ready Health Nursing College
  • Leisure & Lifestyle – AMES, TAFE NSW

We also offer placements for nursing students from a number of universities and colleges and have earned an excellent reputation from emerging nurses as a learning environment.
